Rare ornamental plant varieties are our main focus, many of which have been, first introduced in India through our efforts. We own the largest collection of named variety garden rose cultivated in South Asia, quantifying to approximately 3500 varieties.

Kempegowda International Airport, Bengaluru (2019 - Present)

Green Route Farms (K.S.G) has been successfully establishing and maintaining landscape projects at parts of the Kempegowda International Airport. The areas maintained by us include the Quad Area (Arrivals and Departure section of Terminal 1), The TAJ Hotel at the Airport and the area surrounding the Hotel. Apart from this, we have executed projects for the Above Ground.


Lounge inside the Terminal 1, the vertical gardens for SUBWAY, ShakaHarry and landscape projects for the BIRA 91 store. We are also involved in consultation and plant supply of rare ornamental plant species as well as named variety roses for the Airport Rose Garden and the main access road for the 2nd Terminal of the Airport.

kodaikanal rose garden - kodaikanal (2018 - present)

karnataka state cricket association - bengaluru (1969 - present)

The Mangalam Chinnaswamy Stadium, also known as the Karnataka State Cricket Association Stadium, is a cricket stadium located in Bangalore, Karnataka. Flanked by the picturesque Cubbon Park, Queen’s Road, Cubbon and uptown MG Road, this five-decade-old stadium is situated in the heart of the city of Bangalore It has a seating capacity of 40,000, and regularly hosts Test cricket, One Day Internationals (ODI), Twenty20 Internationals (T20i) and other First-class cricket matches, as well as musical and cultural events.

Our founder, Late Sri G Kasturi Rangan was involved with KSCA right from his youth as a cricketer first and then as a selector, coach, curator and administrator. The M Chinnaswamy stadium has been awarded the best pitch for over 6 years in a row during the IPL, this pitch was first laid and nurtured by Mr. Kasturi Rangan and later on passed on to his son K Sriram who continues to be the chief curator for pitches and Grounds for the state of Karnataka. Other than our expertise in Turf Maintenance we also have aesthetically enhanced the overall experience of the stadium by adding vertical gardens. These vertical gardens designed and implemented by Green Route Farms (KSG) have now become a staple across the clubhouse of the association.

tata promont - tata realty bengaluru (2017 - 2018)

The Promont is one of Bengaluru’s most coveted ‘Hill Residences and Resorts’, comprising 312 uniquely crafted apartments and penthouses across 4 towers. A self-contained settlement in itself, it amalgamates modern-day luxuries and amenities in the midst of 14 acres of lush natural scapes. The Promont offers a lifestyle fit for a king with easy access to the city and key locations; a lifestyle choice few will ignore.


Green Route Farms (KSG) was contacted to give the landscape a boost and bring in plants that make a statement to this wonderful campus. Within a span of 3 days, the company’s first tryst with Promont involved planting over 200 well-grown palm trees weighing 500kgs and more. After successfully completing this KSG was entrusted with not only uplifting the existing landscape but also maintaining the same for a period of 6 months.

the centenary rose garden, ooty tamil nadu (1995 - present)

The Government Rose Garden (formerly known as the Jayalalithaa Rose Garden, Centenary Rose Park, and Nootrandu Roja Poonga) is situated on the slopes of the Elk Hill in Vijayanagaram of Ooty town in Tamil Nadu, India at an altitude of 2200 meters. Rose Park was established in May 1995. The flowers are arranged in seven curving terraces covering four hectares. The garden is visited by thousands of tourists throughout the year, even in winter when it is not the flowering season. The beautiful garden is spread across 10 acres of land and houses some of the largest collections of roses in the country including miniatures, hybrid tea, floribundas, ramblers, and many other unique varieties. Initially, when the gardens were developed, 1,919 varieties of roses with 17,256 rose plants were planted. Today there are more than 3500 varieties of roses. It is one of the largest collections of roses in India. 
The varieties of rose plants planted here were assembled from different sources around the world by Greenroute Farms (KSG). The rose garden received the Garden of Excellence Award for being the best rose garden in South Asia, from the World Federation of Rose Societies in May 2006, in Osaka, Japan. This garden is one of the 35 gardens worldwide to have received this award. Greenroute Farms (KSG) has been involved with this garden from its inception to the present, serving in capacities of consultation and plant supply. Greenroute Farms (KSG) was a key player in making sure the Ooty Rose Garden got the Garden of Excellence Award for being the best rose garden in South Asia. Our work with this Rose Garden continues to date.

BENGALURU CITY INSTITUTE, BENGALURU (2016 - PRESENT)

This Prestigious institution is a landmark for South Bangalore, founded in 1902 this club has hosted the who’s who of not just Bangalore, but India as well. The evolution of the club from a space just for social gathering to a second life for retirees and youth alike happened almost seamlessly. It acts as a space for exchange of social and cultural ideas and a space where sports is actively pursued along with serving as a space for business networking.
Green Route Farms (KSG) was brought in to give a facelift for this club in the form of Vertical Gardens. Our vertical gardens are not just aesthetic up lifters for the club but also serve as selfie points for a large majority of the members as well as their guests. We have consulted and executed vertical gardens for this prestigious institution but also continue to maintain the same.

bowring institute bengaluru (2017 - 2018)

Steeped in history, the Bowring Institute’s sprawling campus boasts of history that spans over a century. The institute was established in 1868.
Both the structure and its surrounds are a true reflection of the city – it fully embraces the spirit of Bangalore as the garden city.
The Main Heritage Building as well as the entire campus needed Landscape refurbishment to suit a modern look. We at Greenroute Farms (KSG) were brought in as consultant horticulturists as well as landscape contractors to freshen up the look for this prestigious institution. We have landscaped and have continued to maintain the landscape for this institution to date.

yadagirigutta temple, yadadri telangana (2021 - 2022)

Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Temple or simply known as Yadadri or Yadagirigutta Temple,(also known as Pancha Narasimha Kshetram and Rishi Aradhana Kshetram) is a Hindu temple situated on a hillock in the small town of Yadagirigutta in the Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district of the Indian state of Telangana. Yadadri temple is touted as Telangana’s own Tirupati. The temple is an abode of Narasimha, an incarnation of Lord Vishnu. The Chief Minister of Telangana, K. Chandrashekhar Rao initiated the renovation of the temple.
The Entrance to the temple was just stone, authorities decided to green up this space in addition to the extensive landscaping done around the temple. In December 2021, Greenroute Farms (KSG) was contracted to come up with its largest vertical garden measuring 7500 sft. Standing at 40 ft high and enveloping a large space, this vertical garden became a highlight for devotees as well. Owing to the height and the temple being on top of a hill, the vertical garden can be seen as far as 1 km away. The vertical garden was maintained by Greenroute Farms (KSG) for a period of 8 months before it was handed over to the temple authorities.
